Biography

Born in 1975 in Germany, Thomas Fischer received a dual apprenticeship in the banking sector.

In 1996, Thomas Fischer joined the staff of Sparkasse Bank, where he held various positions such as Specialist and Supervisor of Security Markets, Sales Supervisor in Retail Banking, Head of Digital Banking and Private Banking Wealth Manager until 2016.

He then served as Sales Director of Signal Iduna Asset Management, where his main role was to increase assets under management by establishing new sales perspective and provide coaching and training to 600 insurance partners to ensure high quality investment sales.

In 2018, joined with Karen Dorcy, founded Fischer & Cie. Consulting Corp. He has also been acting as a consultant for business development and sales in the banking and real estate sector since the same year.
