Born in 1982. Degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama, 2006. Postgraduate studies at Leibniz University in Hannover, Germany, obtaining a Master of Law in Intellectual Property and Information Law in 2010 (L.L.M).
Ms. Dorcy was part of the team of the law firm De Obaldía & García de Paredes as a legal assistant from 2004 to 2006.
After obtaining valuable professional experience within the Public Prosecutor’s Office as an officer in the specialized Prosecutor’s Offices for Financial Crimes and Free Competition and Consumer and User Rights, she rejoined the firm De Obaldía & García de Paredes in 2011 as an associate lawyer in the corporative and commercial department.
In 2013, she settled in Germany, but still maintaining professional relations with the firm De Obaldía & García de Paredes.
In 2018, joined with Thomas Fischer, founded Fischer & Cie. Consulting Corp.
